Who is eligible?
JIM welcomes licensed dental practices that provide dental services at a physical location. Your business must:
- Operate from a verified physical address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted)
- Be operated by or under the supervision of a licensed dentist
- Hold all required state dental and business licenses
Please note: Dental practices are subject to enhanced due diligence. JIM is designed for in-person patient payments only. JIM reserves the right to request additional documentation during the application process.
