How do I receive the funds from my sales using Tap with JIM?

Payments in seconds are our standard. So, whenever you get paid, your money is available in seconds in your account. No more waiting 1-2 business days.

Who is eligible?

JIM welcomes gyms and fitness studios that offer in-person services at a physical location. Your business must:

  • Operate from a verified physical address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted)
  • Hold any required state or local business licenses
  • Process payments for services rendered (classes, sessions, day passes, merchandise)

Please note: JIM processes individual transactions and is not designed for recurring membership billing. Membership subscription models with automatic renewals require separate consideration. JIM reserves the right to request additional documentation during the application process.

How does Tap to Pay on iPhone work?

Enter the sale amount on your compatible iPhone. The customer holds their contactless card or digital wallet near your phone. A confirmation appears once the transaction is successful.

When do I receive my money?

Funds appear in your JIM account instantly* after a successful sale. You can spend your earnings immediately with the JIM Visa Prepaid Card.

What are the fees?

JIM has a flat 1.99% fee for each transaction. There is a minimum sale requirement of $1. No other hidden fees.

How does tipping work?

You can present a tip screen to the customer before they pay. They select a preset amount or enter a custom tip.

Is JIM secure?
