Who is eligible?
JIM welcomes retail jewelry stores that sell finished jewelry, fashion watches, and accessories to end consumers through a physical storefront. Your business must:
- Operate from a verified physical address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted)
- Hold any required state or local business licenses
- Sell primarily finished, retail-priced jewelry and accessories directly to consumers
The following activities are not eligible:
- Sale of loose precious or semi-precious stones (unset diamonds, gemstones, etc.)
- Sale of unrefined precious metals, gold bullion, silver bars, or coins for investment
- Wholesale or B2B distribution of raw materials or components
- Cash-for-gold, gold buying, or pawn services
- Sale of luxury goods with individual item values exceeding $10,000 without prior approval
JIM reserves the right to request additional documentation during the application process. Businesses engaged in the activities listed above are not supported.
