Who is eligible?
JIM welcomes licensed medical spas that provide aesthetic and wellness services at a physical location. Your business must:
- Operate from a verified physical address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted)
- Be supervised by a licensed medical professional as required by state law
- Hold all required state and local business and medical licenses
Please note: Medical spas are subject to enhanced due diligence due to the nature of their services. Businesses offering medical devices or pharmaceutical products may require additional review. JIM reserves the right to request additional documentation during the application process.
