Effective Date: July 8, 2026.
The JIM.com and Markets for Makers promotional credit offer (“Program”) is organized by JIM.com (“JIM”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in collaboration with Markets for Makers and connected to the Brooklyn event scheduled for July 25–26, 2026 (“Event”). Markets for Makers, LLC (“Markets for Makers”) is the organizer of the Event and will issue the Markets for Makers credits described below.
This Program is a limited-quantity promotional credit offer. It is not a sweepstakes, contest, lottery, or game of chance. There is no random drawing, judging, scoring, or skill-based competition. Promotional credits are available only to eligible merchants who complete the objective requirements below, subject to a maximum of ten (10) merchants.
- Eligibility. The Program is open only to U.S. business merchants that have been accepted as participating makers/vendors for the Event and whose authorized representative is at least 18 years old. The representative submitting the registration form must have authority to participate on behalf of the business. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of JIM, Markets for Makers, their affiliates, and their promotion or advertising partners, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible. Participation is subject to JIM eligibility and approval requirements, sanctions and AML screening, terms and policies. Not all businesses, industries, locations, or accounts are eligible. Void where prohibited.
- JIM.com reserves the right to change, suspend, or end this Campaign at any time, with or without notice.
- Registration opens on July 10, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. ET. To qualify for a promotional credit, an eligible merchant must: i. submit the official Program registration form before registration closes; ii. download the JIM app and successfully create and activate a JIM business account; iii. be designated as a Provisional Credit Recipient, or replacement Provisional Credit Recipient, under Section 3; iii. process at least one Eligible Event Transaction through the merchant’s activated JIM business account during the Event; and v. complete JIM’s post-event feedback survey by 11:59 p.m. ET on August 9, 2026. No entry fee or purchase from JIM is required to submit the registration form.
- JIM and Markets for Makers may close the registration form once at least ten (10) eligible applicants have completed the initial requirements, or earlier or later as operationally necessary.
- Provisional Credit Recipients. A “Provisional Credit Recipient” is an eligible applicant who is among the first ten (10) eligible applicants, based on JIM’s records, to complete both of the following initial requirements: i. submission of the official registration form; and ii. successful creation and activation of a JIM Account. Being designated as a Provisional Credit Recipient does not guarantee receipt of a promotional credit. Each Provisional Credit Recipient must still complete all Program requirements, including the Eligible Event Transaction and post-event survey requirements.
- JIM and Markets for Makers may maintain a waitlist of additional eligible applicants in timestamp order. If a Provisional Credit Recipient withdraws, declines participation, is disqualified, fails to complete onboarding, fails to process an Eligible Event Transaction, or fails to complete the survey by the deadline, JIM may designate the next eligible applicant in timestamp order as a replacement Provisional Credit Recipient. Replacement Provisional Credit Recipients must also complete all Program requirements by the applicable deadlines.
- Eligible Event Transaction: An “Eligible Transaction” means a transaction successfully processed through the JIM platform which is not declined, refunded or reversed, represents a genuine sale of merchandise or services to an unrelated third party and that is processed through the participant’s activated JIM business account during the Event.
- Post-Event Survey. The post-event survey will consist of a short questionnaire to be provided by or on behalf of JIM after the Event. The survey is intended to collect honest, content-neutral feedback about the participant’s experience with JIM.
- Promotional Credit. Receipt of the promotional credit requires completion of all of the requirements above. Unless stated otherwise, standard JIM Account, processing, and service terms, including any applicable fees, apply. Each verified credit recipient will receive one (1) $500 Markets for Makers credit toward eligible registration or booth fees for a future Markets for Makers event, subject to event availability, Markets for Makers’ standard application and acceptance process, and Markets for Makers’ applicable policies. JIM and/or Markets for Makers will issue credits after JIM verifies completion of all Program requirements. Credits are expected to be issued within a reasonable time after the survey deadline and verification process. The credit is valid for twelve (12) months, is not transferable, may not be sold, may not be redeemed for cash, may not be substituted, and will not result in cash back or change if not fully used. The credit may not be combined with other offers unless Markets for Makers expressly permits it.
- No more than ten (10) promotional credits will be issued.
- Credit recipients are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
- JIM reserves the right to disqualify or terminate any customer’s participation if JIM determines that the participant provided false or incomplete information, created or used duplicate accounts, attempted to manipulate the Program, is found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or violating any terms or applicable regulations.
- JIM reserves the right to withhold or reverse credits if required to comply with applicable law.
- Participants authorize JIM to use photos, videos, and interviews from the Event for promotional purposes, subject to applicable law. JIM may invite participants to a brief interview about their experience and business journey; participation in the interview is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving the promotional credit.
- Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JIM.com, Markets for Makers and respective employees, directors, agents, affiliates and representatives, from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, suits, liabilities, and related costs, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, interest, and expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with any actual or alleged (i) violation of law, including but not limited to, violation of privacy or marketing laws, and (ii) violation of the terms set forth in these JIM.com and Markets for Makers Promotion - Terms and Conditions.
- Privacy Policy: By participating, all parties consent to JIM.com processing their information for purposes of administrating the Program in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.
- Governing Law. These terms and the Program are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program will be resolved individually, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action, in the venue and forum specified in JIM’s applicable terms of service, unless prohibited by law.
