JIM.com Referral Program - Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 11, 2025.

The Referral Campaign (“Campaign”) allows eligible JIM.com customers (Referrers) to earn a reward by referring new business users ("Referred Customers") to sign up for and use JIM.com payment services. By participating, you agree to these terms. Participation is subject to all applicable laws including AML and sanction regulations.

  • Eligible JIM.com customers ("Referrers") can earn a one-time reward equal to the processing fees of up to USD 1,000 in card payment transactions for each new, qualifying U.S. business ("Referred Customer") they successfully refer to JIM.com.
  • To be eligible for the Campaign, you must be an existing JIM.com customer invited by JIM.com to participate and your JIM.com account must be active and in good standing.
  • JIM.com reserves the right to change, suspend, or end this Campaign at any time, with or without notice.
  • Referred Customer must be a new JIM.com customer, and never have created a JIM.com account using the same Account Information. Referred Customers must successfully sign up, be approved and process an Eligible Transaction using their new JIM.com account. Eligible transactions are transactions of at least USD 1.00 successfully processed through the JIM platform which are not declined, refunded or reversed, and represent a genuine sale of merchandise or services to an unrelated third party.
  • To be eligible for a reward under this Campaign, Referrers and Referred Customers must each process a minimum dollar amount of their own card payment transactions through each JIM.com account (each, a “Processing Milestone”) within 180 days (6 months) of the Referred Customer’s first Eligible Transaction. The applicable Processing Milestone shall be a fixed, pre-specified, dollar threshold disclosed in the invitation, set in advance by JIM.com pursuant to program criteria, of up to USD 1,000. For clarity, once set in the invitation, the applicable threshold is fixed and will only be changed to correct a manifest error or as required by law.
  • Rewards are assessed separately. To be eligible, your account must meet your Processing Milestones, and the Referred Customer must meet their Processing Milestones.
  • The reward will be credited to your JIM.com account within up to two (2) business days after the Processing Milestone is successfully completed and verified by JIM.com.
  • One Reward Per Referred Customer: You can only earn one reward for each unique, qualifying Referred Customer. If multiple people refer the same business, the reward goes to the person whose link was used first.
  • Referred Customer Reward: The Referred Customer is also eligible for a one-time reward equal to the processing fees on up to USD 1,000 in their own card payment transactions. To qualify, the Referred Customer must meet the Eligibility criteria under these Terms, and satisfy their own Processing Milestone within one hundred eighty (180) days of their first Eligible Transaction.
  • Multiple Referrals: A separate Processing Milestone must be satisfied for each eligible Referred Customer that you refer under the Campaign. If you refer more than one business, rewards are determined on a per-referral basis, with a separate Processing Milestone being required for each such referral. For example, to receive two rewards for a Processing Milestone of USD 1,000, you must process USD 1,000 twice, once for each Referred Customer, within the applicable one hundred eighty (180) day window. To receive multiple rewards, you must satisfy the Processing Milestone the same number of times as the number of eligible referrals.
  • You cannot refer your own business or any business you are an owner/officer of, just to get a reward.
  • You must tell Referred Customers you might get a reward if they sign up using your link. (e.g., "Hey, if you use my JIM.com link to sign up and transact, we both get free processing fees up to $1,000 in transactions!").
  • You may not use spam, misleading ads, or impersonate JIM.com. You may not post your link on public forums or coupon sites, unless expressly permitted by JIM.com for specific channels. You must not make false, deceptive or misleading statements when promoting this campaign.
  • JIM.com reserves the right to disqualify or terminate any customer’s participation if they are found to be engaging in fraudulent activities, creating duplicate accounts, or violating any terms or applicable regulations.
  • JIM.com reserves the right to withhold or reverse rewards if required to comply with applicable law.
  • This promotion is void where prohibited and may not be transferred, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other offers.
  • This Referral Campaign is available for a limited time, until August 20th, 2026. It may be modified, suspended and terminated by JIM.com at any time at its own discretion. JIM.com reserves the right to extend, modify, revoke, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Geographic Restrictions: Referrals to or from residents of Washington State are not eligible for referral rewards. This includes: (a) referrals of businesses located, incorporated, or primarily operating in Washington State, and (b) referrals made by customers who are Washington residents. Be aware that Washington state prohibits certain commercial solicitations to its residents, and JIM.com will not pay a reward for merchants located in Washington state.
  • Referral Communication Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any referral communications you send comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and electronic communications regulations. JIM.com does not provide, suggest, or facilitate the content, timing, or method of any referral communications you may choose to send.
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JIM.com and our respective employees, directors, agents, affiliates and representatives, from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, suits, liabilities, and related costs, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, interest, and expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with any actual or alleged (i) violation of law, including but not limited to, violation of privacy or marketing laws, and (ii) violation by Referrer of the terms set forth in these Referral Program – Terms and Conditions.
  • Privacy Policy: By participating, all parties consent to JIM.com processing their information for purposes of administrating the referral campaign in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.
