Who is eligible?
JIM welcomes cell phone retailers that sell authorized mobile devices and accessories through a physical retail location. Your business must:
- Operate from a verified physical address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted)
- Hold any required state or local business licenses
- Sell authorized mobile devices, plans, and accessories from recognized carriers or manufacturers
⚠️ Important: Phone unlocking services and the sale of unlocked cell phones are not permitted. Jailbreaking services are also not eligible. JIM reserves the right to request additional documentation during the application process.
